This service is operated by Benjamín Martínez Picech, an independent professional based in Argentina, as part of a managed content service for Instagram professional accounts (businesses and creators). Contact: picechbenjamin@gmail.com.
Account holders who hire the service authorize our application, through Instagram Login, to (a) read the performance metrics of their own Instagram account and posts, (b) publish on their account the content they have previously reviewed and approved, and (c) read the comments left on their own posts. The application only accesses accounts whose holder has explicitly granted it access.
We do not collect data about the account holder's followers or commenters as individuals, direct messages, or any data from accounts that did not authorize the application. Because comment text can contain personal information, including health information, we keep only the text and never link it to the identity of the person who wrote it.

We do not use the data for advertising, profiling, training models, or any purpose unrelated to the account holder's own service.
Data is stored on a private server under the operator's control, in files and a database readable only by the service. Access tokens are stored in files restricted to the service's user account. The data is visible only to the account holder and to the operator working on their behalf. We never sell, rent, or share the data with third parties. It is not aggregated across clients or published.
The data comes from Meta Platforms through the Instagram API and is handled in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. No other third-party service receives it.
We keep the data for as long as the account holder uses the service. When the service ends, or earlier on request, we delete the account holder's tokens and stored rows, including the stored comments (see section 8).
At any time the account holder can:
The full deletion procedure is described on our data deletion page.
We will update this page when the service changes what it collects or how it uses it, and note the new effective date at the top.
